How does a Pre-Order work?
Get ready for happy mail! We run two rounds every month, closing on the 15th and the Last Day of the month at Midnight. Once the round closes, your order isn't just pulled from a shelf—it is custom milled specially for you! This magic takes approx 8 weeks to arrive at our HQ, be cut, and shipped to your door. The wait is part of the excitement—you are getting something truly exclusive!
Where can I see updates on my round?
We keep a dedicated status page updated every week! You can check the current status of your round here on our Printing Schedule page.
🚚 Shipping & Combining
Can I combine shipping / Add to my order?
Absolutely! If you spot something else you need in the same round, don't worry about paying shipping twice. Please email us with your Original Order Number and the list of items you want to add. We will manually update your order and send you a secure payment link for the new items (with no extra shipping!).
Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand with a capped Flat Rate of $11.95 for all pre-orders! Fill your cart as much as you like.

Are the prints continuous?
Always! Whether you order 1 metre or 20 metres, your fabric will come in one long, flawless, continuous piece. No awkward small cuts here!
How do I wash my fabric / Which base should I choose?

We sell fabric in 0.5 Metre increments.
Qty 1 = 0.5m
Qty 2 = 1m
Qty 3 = 1.5m
Qty 4 = 2m

Can I sell items made with your fabric?
Yes! 100%. We love supporting small businesses and makers. You are welcome to use any of our designs to create and sell your own finished items (clothing, accessories, etc.) that you have hand-sewn.

We stand by our quality with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We want you to love your fabric! If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
What if my fabric has a flaw?
We pride ourselves on perfection. Unlike other stores that have a "size limit" on flaws, we replace ANY flaw of ANY size on the print area. We inspect every inch while cutting, but if something slips through, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. (Note: Flaws on the unprinted white selvedge are normal and not considered faults).
