The Round Closes: We have two closing dates every month: the 15th and the Last Day of the month.
Production Begins: Your fabric enters production immediately after your round closes.
The Timeline: Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from the Round Close Date for your fabric to be milled, printed, cut, and dispatched from our Queensland HQ.
Can I combine multiple orders in the same round?
Yes, of course! We know how easy it is to fall in love with another print mid-round. Just send us a quick email and we will happily add your items to your existing order so you never have to pay postage twice!
My wearable art arrived with a fault. What is your quality promise?
Your satisfaction is everything! We guarantee the quality of our fabric and printing process. If your wearable art arrives with a manufacturing fault (like a defect in the material), please take photos and contact us immediately. We will always honour our quality guarantee and arrange a resolution for you.
