Who owns Fabric by Missy Rose?
Purely Textile Pty Ltd (ABN 22 697 033 695, ACN 697 033 695) owns and operates Fabric by Missy Rose. We acquired the business as a going concern by asset sale in June 2026.
Is Fabric by Missy Rose in liquidation?
No. Fabric by Missy Rose is not in liquidation, administration or insolvency. It is trading normally, fulfilling all orders, and operating its regular fortnightly pre-order rounds.
What happened to the previous company?
The business was previously operated by Larelex Pty Ltd, a separate legal entity, which entered voluntary liquidation in June 2026. That process related to Larelex Pty Ltd alone. The Fabric by Missy Rose business was purchased out of it and now trades under new ownership. Reports describing "Fabric by Missy Rose" as being in liquidation are conflating the business with its former operator.
Will my pre-order still be fulfilled?
Yes. Every order is being printed and shipped as normal. You can follow exactly where your round is up to on our Round Tracker.
Do you keep fabric in stock?
No. Every metre is printed to order after the round closes, which is why designs never sell out. Pre-order rounds close on the 15th and the last day of each month. Always Available prints can be ordered at any time.
Has anything changed for customers?
No. The same designs, the same 35+ fabric bases, the same $14.95 flat rate shipping Australia-wide, and the same team. Gift cards and store credit issued before the sale carry across and are honoured as normal.
