Fabric by Missy Rose is owned and operated by Purely Textile Pty Ltd (ABN 22 697 033 695, ACN 697 033 695), which acquired the business as a going concern via asset sale in June 2026.
Fabric by Missy Rose has never been in liquidation, administration, or insolvency of any kind. It is trading normally, fulfilling all orders, and operating its regular fortnightly pre-order rounds.
The business was previously operated by Larelex Pty Ltd, a separate legal entity which entered voluntary liquidation in June 2026. That process related to Laralex Pty Ltd only. The Fabric by Missy Rose business was purchased out of that process and now trades under new ownership. Reports describing "Fabric by Missy Rose" as being in liquidation are conflating the business with a former parent company and are not correct.
