Pre-Order Model

As a pre-order business, our process is a little different from a typical retail store.

• Timeline: From the close of a pre-order round to final delivery, please allow approximately 8 weeks. This timeframe covers fabric production, transit to our warehouse, quality control, and packing your order.
• Production Variances: Timelines can occasionally shift due to factors outside our control. We promise to communicate any significant delays.
• Mixed Orders: If your order contains items with different pre-order timelines, we will typically ship them together once all items are ready. If you need items shipped separately, please contact us, but note that additional shipping fees may apply.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders resulting from incorrect address information.

Pricing & Payment

• Currency: All prices are listed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• Taxes: All prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable.
• Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions and to cancel any orders placed based on incorrect information.
• Fraud Screening: We screen all orders for potential risk or fraud. We may refuse any order you place with us.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your fabric! Our full policy is available at Refund Policy, but here are the key points:

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible products if you are not satisfied.
• Custom "Print Your Own" Orders: We do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind on custom-printed orders.
• Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Product Colours & Variations

We do our best to display product colours and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. Slight variations in colour and texture can occur between different fabric bases and print runs.

Promotions & Gift Cards

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes or discounts. These are subject to specific terms and are not exchangeable for cash. Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

User Accounts

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to update it as necessary.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security features of the Service.

Reviews & User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content ("UGC"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such content in any media. You represent that you own or control all rights to the UGC you post.
