  • Pre-Order Timeline: Our standard pre-order fulfilment cycle requires approximately 4 to 6 weeks, beginning at the close of the pre-order period. This timeframe accounts for production, comprehensive quality assurance inspections at our warehouse, and final dispatch preparations.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their shipping address at checkout. Fabric by Missy Rose assumes no liability for delivery delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Carriers: We utilise Australia Post and other reputable courier services to ensure the secure delivery of your orders.

  • Rates: A flat shipping rate of $14.95 applies to all orders shipped within Australia.

3. Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking Information: Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be provided via email or SMS. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update within the carrier’s network.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery windows provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. All fabrics are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

  • Delivery Status: If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but it has not been received, we advise checking with building management, neighbours, or other household members. If the parcel remains missing, please contact the carrier directly. Should the issue persist, contact our support team with your order number for further assistance.

4. Delays and Exceptions

  • Unforeseen Delays: External factors such as peak operational seasons, customs processing, or carrier disruptions may temporarily impact delivery times. Deliveries to remote locations may also require additional transit time. We will endeavour to communicate any significant, known delays proactively.

5. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Transit Damage: Claims for items damaged during transit must be submitted to missy@missyrose.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label to expedite the resolution process.

  • Order Discrepancies: Reports of missing or incorrect items must also be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Lost Parcels: If a formal carrier investigation confirms an order has been lost in transit, we will coordinate with you to issue a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns and Refunds

30-Day Guarantee

Fabric by Missy Rose offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, returned merchandise must be unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

Exclusions: Custom “Print Your Own” Orders

Change-of-mind returns, refunds, or cancellations are not accepted for custom "Print Your Own" items. However, if your custom print arrives faulty or damaged, it remains fully covered. Please contact us to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If any item is deemed faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the defect. We will facilitate a replacement, exchange, or refund. If a replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued immediately.

Return Procedure
