  • Pre-Order Timeline: We operate on an approximate 4 to 6-week fulfillment timeline, which begins at the close of the pre-order period. This timeframe accounts for manufacturing, comprehensive quality control inspections at our warehouse, and final packaging prior to dispatch.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their shipping address during checkout. Fabric by Missy Rose assumes no liability for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Carriers: We primarily utilize Australia Post, alongside other reputable courier services, to ensure the secure delivery of your orders.

  • Calculated Rates: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Rates are determined based on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination.

  • International Shipping: We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Please be advised that international shipments may be subject to local duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

3. Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking Information: Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be provided via email or SMS. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update and become active within the carrier’s network.

  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery windows provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. All fabrics are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.

  • Delivery Status Issues: If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but it has not been received, we advise checking with household members, building management, or neighbors first. If the parcel remains missing, please contact the carrier directly. Should the issue persist unresolved, contact our support team with your order number for further assistance.

4. Delays and Exceptions

  • Unforeseen Delays: External factors beyond our control—such as peak operational seasons, customs processing, or carrier disruptions—may temporarily impact delivery times. Deliveries to remote locations may also require additional transit time. We appreciate your patience and will endeavor to communicate any significant, known delays proactively.

5. Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • Transit Damage: Claims for items damaged during transit must be submitted to missy@missyrose.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label to expedite the resolution process.

  • Order Discrepancies: Reports of missing or incorrect items must also be submitted within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly rectify the issue.

  • Lost Parcels: If a formal carrier investigation confirms a parcel has been lost in transit, we will coordinate with you to issue a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
