Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their shipping address during checkout. Fabric by Missy Rose assumes no liability for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Transit Damage: Claims for items damaged during transit must be submitted to missy@missyrose.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label to expedite the resolution process.
