Production starts immediately after the round closes, with delivery in just 4–6 weeks. By pre-ordering, you bypass the high minimum quantities usually required by big factories and get direct access to premium industrial printing. You are securing a unique piece of wearable art, freshly milled and printed exclusively for you.
Great question! Our printing process runs on continuous meterage to ensure you get one long, gorgeous length of fabric for your project. To make sure the pattern tiles together without any annoying white lines or breaks, your file must be correctly set up as a seamless repeat.
We want your custom artwork to absolutely shine! Please upload your design as a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file. For a crisp, professional print every time, we recommend your file is set to a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch)
We take intellectual property and licensing very seriously, lovely! We cannot print any trademarked, licensed, or copyrighted images unless you are the copyright holder or can provide written proof of a commercial license. We'd hate to cancel your order, so please keep your beautiful designs original!
Since your custom fabric is a bespoke production run, the minimum order is 2 meters (which is 6 units in our cart). This minimum ensures we can print your unique design efficiently and keep the quality absolutely top-notch!
We have a huge quality promise on our fabric base and printing! If there is a fault with the fabric itself (e.g., a print flaw or a defect in the material), we will absolutely assist with a return or replacement. However, because this fabric is printed uniquely for you, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for issues stemming from the customer's file (e.g., blurriness due to low DPI, incorrect scale, or poor colour match). Please check your files thoroughly before hitting 'submit'!
