Christmas fabric FAQs
When do I need to order Christmas fabric to have it in time?
Rounds close on the 15th and the last day of each month and fabric arrives 4–6 weeks later. The October 15 round is the last one that reliably arrives with time to sew before Christmas – after that, order for next year or shop the always-available designs.
Is this Australian Christmas fabric?
Yes. Designs are created in Queensland by Australian artists, including a whole range of Australian-animal Christmas prints you won’t find in chain stores.
How does pre-order fabric work?
Every design is printed to order. Pick your design and fabric base, order before the round closes (the 15th or the last day of the month), and your fabric is printed in the next run and posted 4–6 weeks after the close. Flat-rate shipping is $14.95 Australia-wide no matter how much you order.
Which fabric base should I choose?
Cotton Lycra for leggings, tees and kids’ clothes; Woven Cotton for quilting, dresses and shirts; Cotton Canvas for bags, cushions and décor; Bamboo Lycra for soft, drapey tops; Swim Lycra for togs and activewear. Every base is listed on the product page with its weight and stretch.
